Can I see a proof before my chips are printed?
Yes — your proof is right on this page. When you upload your artwork, the preview shows it cropped to the circle we print. Check it, tick the Verify Proofs box, and add to cart. We print exactly what the preview shows, so there's no waiting on a proof email. If something looks wrong with your file, we'll contact you before printing.

What's the difference between one-sided and two-sided printing?
One-sided prints your design on one face of the chip; the back stays as the standard chip color. Two-sided prints a design on both faces — great for a more polished, professional look or when both sides will be visible.

How long does production and shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from our Minnesota shop. Rush orders may be available — message us if you have a deadline.

What's the minimum order?
10 chips minimum. No maximum — bulk pricing kicks in automatically at 50 and 100 chips.

Can I order different designs on different chips in the same order?

What size are the chips?
Standard 39mm poker chip size — the same diameter as casino chips. Compatible with most poker chip trays and cases.
